Scheduling
Once service is purchased, we will reach out to you via email with your service dates.
Service date is based on your last trash or recycling pick up. If you have any issues with the dates provided, let us know and we'll get you re-scheduled!
We'll contact you to reschedule: if temperatures are below 30° or if it's actively snowing/raining. Resceduling may be day of service.
Reminders
We send out a reminder 3 days bedore service via email.
You'll also receive a text the night before service via text.
Often times you'll get an "on the way" text right before service as well.
