Terms & Conditions
Service Policy
Bins need to be free of debris, bags of trash or any hazardous materials.
Hazardous materials include:
-Paint, solvents, open paint cans, chemicals
Bio-hazardous materials include:
- Blood, needles, feces
Bins need to be on curb or easily visible.
They need to be accessible and no more than 60 feet away from curb.
We sanitize the bins and use great care to get them as clean as possible. We pressure wash both the inside and outside of bin with hot water and use sanitizer. Sometimes stains persist after our scrubbing and hot water pressure treatment. We can not guarantee to get them detailed and perfectly "brand new" clean.
Trip Fee
We schedule cleanings the day after trash pick up to avoid full trash cans. Bins can not be cleaned when they are full or have bags in them. In the case that we do arrive to full bins, the customer will be charged a trip fee of $15. We will return to clean the bins once they are empty.
We avoid charging trip fees whenever possible. Re-scheduling is preferred. If the bins are full due to unforeseen pick-up schedule changes, or weather customer will not be charged.
We will photograph full cans. Customer will be notified before fee is charged. Agreeing to our terms and conditions is acknowledging our trip fee and agreeing to being charged if circumstances exist.
Some debris in cans is expected but if it's more than a few removable pieces, we can't clean.
